WebU (by Rithvik Technologies) provides a platform strictly for creating and deploying website landing pages. We provide the tools to build your page and the infrastructure to host it.

2. Liability Exemption

We hold zero liability and take no responsibility for the content hosted on any website listed under our platform. Rithvik Technologies does not monitor, endorse, or verify the content of the landing pages built using our service. The user assumes all legal responsibility for the content they publish.

3. Image & Media Usage Rights

By uploading images or media to WebU, you grant us an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free license to use those images. Specifically, the images shared with us can be used in other platform templates and can be showcased publicly in an all-images gallery curated by Rithvik Technologies.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the landing page builder at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability.
